Erythema and edema of the hands and feet (acute) and/or periungual desquamation (subacute)

Cervical lymphadenopathy (≥ 1.5 cm), usually unilateral

Platelets ≥ 450 000/µl after fever day 7

Albumin ≤ 3.0 g/dl

Echocardiogram positive (z-score LAD/RCA ≥ 2.5, aneurysm or ≥ 3 further findings)
